• Tertiary qualifications in IT preferred
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal – in
business English
• Strong experience and working knowledge in Windows Server
Administration, Active Directory Administration
and XP Workstation
Administration
• Experience in IBM AIX Security Administration and AS400 Security
Administration
• Experience in network, VPN, Cisco firewall, Cisco Switch
administration
• Experience in PABX Administration
• Technical knowledge in LAN/WAN technologies: Including VLAN, Frame
Relay, IP, MPLS etc.
• Good problem resolution, analytical and decision making skill
• Understands how to work under pressure, prioritize and execute
effectively with a good sense of what matters
to IT's customers
• Pro-Active and responsible self-starter with strong customer
orientation. Highly motivated individual
• Can articulate what it means to be a successful
team player
